Fix 1: Recreate the Group Call
To resolve call issues, try recreating the call.
On Android
Step 1: Open WhatsApp and go to the group chat.
Step 2: Tap the phone icon at the upper right, then select New Call.
Step 3: Add participants manually to start your call.
Fix 2: Manually Select Participants for the Call
Choose participants directly to ensure they are included.
Step 1: Open the group chat.
Step 2: Tap the Call button.
Step 3: Select up to 32 participants for voice or 8 for video.
Step 4: Tap the Call button to initiate the call.
Fix 3: Clear WhatsApp Cache
On Android
Step 1: Long-tap the WhatsApp icon > select the i (App info) symbol.

On iPhone
To clear cache, you need to either offload or delete the app.
