To paste a photo cutout sticker onto another image, utilize Instagram stories as demonstrated below:
Step 1: Start by creating your photo cutout sticker and copying it. Long-press on the subject within your image in the Photos app and select Copy.
Step 2: Navigate to the new story screen in the Instagram app, pick your background picture, and then tap on the Aa icon.
Step 3: Long-press in the text input area and choose Paste. The sticker you copied earlier will now be superimposed on your selected picture.
