- Enable Copilot: Go to “Meeting Options” from the calendar or during the meeting (More Actions → Settings → Meeting Options) and set “Allow Copilot”to “During and after the meeting.”
- Access Recap: Post-meeting, click the “Recap” tab, then the “Copilot” button.
- Ask Questions: Enter prompts such as:

- Were there any unanswered questions?
- What was the overall atmosphere?
- Summarize participant contributions.
